Pre-Wedding 

  • Three one-hour meetings with the bridal couple for the purpose of:
    • Appointment 1 (at the initial signing of the contract)
      • Identifying needs and expectations of the bridal couple concerning their wedding
      • Identifying objectives and advising accordingly
      • Describing the marriage planning process
      • Providing etiquette suggestions
    • Appointment 2 (30 days prior to wedding)
      • Establishing a wedding week and day schedule
      • Format ceremony
      • Format reception
    • Appointment 3 (2 weeks prior to the wedding)
      • Confirming all details of the wedding weekend
  • Create a wedding planning organizational binder
  • Send itineraries and information/confirmation letters to wedding vendors
  • Send itineraries and information letters to wedding party
  • Follow up vendor calls 1 month prior to wedding and the week of the wedding
  • Attend rehearsal

Wedding Day  

  • Execute all wedding plans and details with vendors, families and guests
  • Pin flowers on attendants and distribute bouquets
  • Assist bride, groom and wedding party
  • Transport personal items of wedding party to reception
  • Transport decorations to reception site (size and weight restrictions)
  • Coordinate all activities with bride, groom, wedding party and vendors at ceremony and reception
  • Load gifts into designated car
  • Bustle wedding gown at reception
  • Clean up personal decorations and belongings at reception
  • Distribute tossing items to guests
  • Distribute last payments
  • Box additional wedding cake
  • Handle any last minute emergencies
  • Use of extensive emergency kit
