Wedding Day

  • On-site facilitator for ceremony set-up

  • Pin flowers on attendants and distribute bouquets
  • Assist bride, groom ,wedding party and immediate family
  • Transport personal items of wedding party to reception
  • Transport decorations to reception site (size and weight restrictions)
  • Coordinate all activities with bride, groom, wedding party & vendors at ceremony & reception
  • Load gifts into designated guests car
  • Bustle wedding gown at reception
  • Clean up personal decorations and belongings at reception
  • Deliver honeymoon meal for bride and groom
  • Distribute tossing items to guests
  • Distribute last payments
  • Box additional wedding cake
  • Handle any last minute emergencies
  • Use of extensive emergency kit

Post Wedding

  • Return florist rental items
  • Return baker rental items
  • Return tuxedos to salon (need to be in one location the day following the wedding)
  • Deliver wedding gown to cleaners for preservation
